Final deliverables may be transferred to the client after full payment, depending on the terms of the specific project agreement.
Bird Dog may showcase completed work, concepts, screenshots, strategy examples, or public-facing project materials in its portfolio, marketing, social content, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Bird Dog may recommend or use third-party platforms, software, plugins, hosting providers, website builders, analytics tools, email tools, CRM systems, scheduling tools, payment processors, AI tools, or automation platforms.
Bird Dog is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, data loss, technical issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party tools or platforms.
